Poet, songwriter, musician and artist

Bob Dylan has been one of my most influential icons. Growing up, his music was a constant presence in my life. Beyond his musical genius, Bob played a significant role in the civil rights movement and was a vocal advocate for peace during the Vietnam War era. Notably, he performed with Joan Baez at the Lincoln Memorial on the day Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech during the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.
In the late '70s, during my formative years, Bob underwent a religious conversion to Christianity. This pivotal moment led me to explore the faith myself, ultimately becoming a Christian—a belief I hold to this day. However, it's important to recognize that Christianity, like all major religions, encompasses a diverse range of beliefs and practices. Therefore, I ask not to be judged by preconceived notions about what being a Christian means.
